We invite artists to submit their work for the Monochrome Moments Art Competition. Explore the raw power of black, white, and every shade in between. Monochrome Moments challenges artists to strip away color and focus on contrast, form, and emotion. Whether in painting, photography, drawing, or digital art, this competition challenges you to create impactful visuals using only black, white, and shades in between.

Open to all artists, worldwide. Participants must be 18 years or older. Submissions in all mediums and skill levels are encouraged to apply.

$20 for 4 images/ $35 for 6 images

The deadline is July 2, 2025.

Rules for Entry

This competition is open to artists worldwide who are 18 or older. All backgrounds, skill levels, and styles are welcome. We accept all visual media, including painting, mixed media, photography, digital art, and sculpture. All submissions must be original works created by the artist entering the competition.

Our Jury Process

At Blue Koi Gallery, every submission is reviewed anonymously by an independent panel of art professionals from around the world. Each competition brings a fresh set of jurors, ensuring a fair and diverse selection process. Final selections are thoughtfully made from the jury-approved pool, focusing on creativity, skill, and originality.
